The Food Thief!

All right, your girl Liz is going to try something new. I'm writing this entry in Haiku form.

Tonight was book club.
We met at Mark's apartment
In Hamilton Heights.

Mark chose The Book Thief
For us to discuss this month.
I enjoyed it lots.

What I REALLY liked,
however, was not the book,
But rather the food.

I ate chips and guac.
For main course, enchiladas.
Then there was dessert.

Mark brought out some sweets
Havanna Alfajores
From Argentina

They were so awesome
I ate one and then stole one
To eat tomorrow

Now I am at home.
My belly's full of free food.
Time to go to bed!
